UVM Certificate Program

The UVM Certificate Program – designed by the UAA and Utility Vegetation Management Association (UVMA) – provides project-based training meant to enhance the understanding and application of the industry’s best practices in safety, integrated vegetation management (IVM), environmental stewardship and sustainability. Participants also gain the knowledge and skills needed to plan and manage sustainable UVM program plans. No degree is required for participation in this program.

Pending available funds, the intent is to offer full-tuition scholarships for all of the courses in the program. Scholarships are available to individuals living in California and bordering states and will cover 100% of tuition for the program. Complete an application now to be added to our waitlist and receive a scholarship as funds become available.
